Most Interesting Thing about Lit 101

I think the most interesting thing about Lit 101 with Professor Ellis is the fact that no matter what piece of literature we are reading for class Professor Ellis has been able to connect it back to our own personal lives.  I believe that for this reason our discussions during class are so intellectual and successful.  Linking the literature to our own lives allows us to relate and understand the piece.  Whether we are reading Shakespeare or Langston Hughes Professor Ellis always finds a way to (as she always says) "build a bridge" between reader and author.
