Shane

After reading the first half of Shane, I think the Starretts really show how important it is to give everyone an equal chance. They do not know anything about Shane and still treat him with respect and offer him a job. Shane has a bit of a mysterious aura around him but this does not stop the Starretts and they treat him as an equal.
